Job Description
The Senior Administrative Coordinator supports executive leadership by managing administrative operations, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving innovation. This role involves coordinating complex schedules, overseeing travel arrangements, and maintaining organizational charts and internal communication channels. You will facilitate open and effective communication with executives, team members, and stakeholders, preparing and editing professional documents, presentations, and reports.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas, minutes, audiovisual setup, and catering for Internal Meetings, Offsite Team events & Congress
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the executive team
• Support onboarding processes, ensuring new employees have necessary tools, access, and resources
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Collaborate with the executive team to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Salary: $25.1-$45.3 per year, commensurate with experience
