We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Northern Michigan Region. Key Responsibilities- Deepen relationships with customers by listening to their needs, asking questions, and guiding them to meet their financial goals.
- Provide follow-up to customer inquiries, find solutions to address issues, and maintain a position of trust and responsibility.
- Perform daily office responsibilities, maintain a balancing record, and ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Handle consumer and business customer problems with professionalism, directing complex issues to leadership as necessary.
- Referrals: Identify customer needs and refer customers to Bankers and business partners for a consultative conversation.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
- Position requires in-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
- Work requires the ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making and problem resolution.
