Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other customer interactions with a high level of empathy and understanding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and correspondence in our database.
Working Environment:

This role is primarily based in an office setting with regular use of office equipment. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
