About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a safe and respectful work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
