Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Talent Corps. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless distribution of information across supervisors, clients, and the Talent Corps team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Time Collection: Assist in collecting timesheets from site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate payroll for field employees.
  • Inbox Management: Manage the operations email inbox, ensuring all incoming information is distributed to the appropriate team members.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, manage email correspondence, and handle phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Client & Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.

Required Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous records.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Approachable, empathetic, and capable of building positive relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to think critically and adapt to challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in maintaining records and preparing paperwork.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • CRM Skills: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Previous experience in staffing or a recruiting coordinator role is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
