Job Summary:

Osaic is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our financial institution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with program managers and advisors to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Facilitate meetings and events to foster networking and idea exchange among financial institution partners.
  • Work closely with licensing and registration teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new advisors.
  • Lead the recruitment process for open positions in assigned territories.
  • Manage the open position pipeline to minimize vacancies.
  • Identify key growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Focus on high-potential advisors, setting goals and delivering results.
  • Establish and maintain deep relationships with senior executives at financial institution partners.
  • Develop and implement processes for consistent communication with all partners.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure sales supervision activities are met.
  • Work closely with internal support teams to ensure seamless execution of territory responsibilities.
  • Deliver timely and accurate management reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial institutions industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 24 certifications.
  • Ability to travel approximately once a month.

Preferred Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 certifications.
