Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management and experience in leading quality assurance and control activities across the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • ISO 9001 Compliance: Ensure the company's QMS is fully compliant with ISO 9001 standards, maintaining and continuously improving the QMS documentation, processes, and records.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, inspection processes, and testing procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Audits: Plan, conduct, and oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/ISO 14001 and other relevant standards, preparing for and facilitating third-party audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing processes, leading initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality, implementing lean manufacturing practices where applicable.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure all team members are effectively contributing to the company's quality objectives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and complaints, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure suppliers meet the company's quality standards, conducting supplier audits as needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, audit results, and non-conformance issues, preparing and presenting quality reports to senior management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with ISO 14001 standards.
  • Experience with auditing and compliance in an ISO 9001 certified company.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement corrective actions effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
