Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Account Manager to fulfill our annual booking objectives within designated markets, particularly in Western Pennsylvania, adhering to established pricing standards.
The primary objective of this role is to engage with decision-makers or CFOs to discuss how Scalise Industries can assist in reducing energy expenditures related to their mechanical systems. Through our customized sales approach, the selected candidate will address customer needs, fostering a trusted relationship based on value rather than price.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Cultivate potential clients within assigned territories; consistently follow up on leads. Identify suitable prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to successfully close deals using our tailored sales methodology. Prepare comprehensive, precise, and professional reports, proposals, and documentation for executive-level presentations. Foster and maintain positive working relationships within EMCOR Services Scalise Industries to maximize opportunities. Conduct energy expenditure analyses for clients to demonstrate value. Maintain regular contact with clients through quarterly in-person visits to reinforce the relationship and discuss further needs. Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager regarding sales activities. Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager; job duties may be adjusted as necessary.Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED; college education preferred. Experience in cold calling and securing appointments with decision-makers is preferred. Prior sales experience is advantageous. Mechanical industry experience is not mandatory, but mechanical aptitude is beneficial. Ability to qualify prospects and finalize sales, including cold calls and walk-ins. Capacity to maintain required sales activity and the motivation to manage the sales cycle effectively. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication abilities.
