Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a proficient and enthusiastic bilingual Sales Associate specializing in insurance products. This position necessitates fluency in both Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as necessary.

  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about available insurance solutions.
  • Employ excellent communication skills to meet customer needs while fostering business growth.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred (including roles in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing).
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License.
  • Ability to secure a Life/Health License.
  • Capability to meet agreed-upon marketing objectives.
  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs.
