About the Role

In this critical position, you will bridge the gap between our Account Executives and support teams, ensuring seamless customer interactions. Your expertise in cold prospecting, account management, and high-integrity telematics/IOT/SaaS sales will drive sales enablement and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Support teams to elevate the customer experience by addressing gaps, concerns, or inquiries during presale, implementation, and post-sale phases.
  • Provide timely assistance to Account Executives, bridging the gap between sales and support to enhance the customer journey.
  • Analyze sales data across different lifecycle stages, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with support teams to provide targeted solutions.
