Service Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Richmond Ford West. As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule service appointments for both Richmond Ford Lincoln and Richmond Ford West
- Answer inbound phone calls to set appointments or transfer to the correct party
- Make outbound calls to confirm next-day appointments and create service appraisals for the sales floor
- Verify online scheduled appointments
- Answer inbound website chats
- Call customers to schedule recalls
- Communicate effectively with the parts and service departments
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Committed to customer service and satisfaction
- Enthusiastic work ethic
- Team Player
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional in personal appearance and attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Available for full-time employment, including Saturdays
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass background checks, drug testing, and have a valid, clean Virginia driver's license
- Competitive hourly rate of $15
