Job Title: Guest Services Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Days Inn by Wyndham Palm Springs. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hotel standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
