Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a positive first impression for our guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
