Parking Ambassador Job Description

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and employees by ensuring the safety and security of our parking assets. The Parking Ambassador will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing directions, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class service to our guests and employees
  • Monitor parking lots for safety and security
  • Provide guests with directions and venue information
  • Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
  • Maximize the amount of vehicles per lot
  • Respond to comments and complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
  • Control and monitor entry to the guests and employees parking lots
Requirements
  • Prior parking experience is strongly preferred
  • Customer service and technology handling abilities are a must
  • Must be polite, friendly, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work various hours as needed, including nights and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
  • Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds
Benefits

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16 to $17. Benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Additionally, Oak View Group provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
