Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Integrated Programs team, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for callers, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and respond to phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide clerical project tasks as assigned by management
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and files
  • Support staff members with their daily tasks and responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience in a responsible position
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
