Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. They should be professional, enthusiastic, and have excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders and inventory levels, merchandising product according to weekly ads, and maintaining proper product rotation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage orders and inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient supply chain operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a dairy or frozen department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
