Job Title: Business Development Center Representative

Overview

The Stivers Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Center Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound service reservation calls, confirming service reservations, and performing outbound follow-up calls for due, overdue service clients.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a cheerful and enthusiastic disposition, and the ability to speak articulately. In addition, the successful candidate will display great work ethics, project a 'can do' attitude in the face of change, enjoy conducting outbound telephone calls with enthusiasm, and support the goals and vision of the team.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Center Representative will be responsible for:

  1. Managing all incoming service appointment queries (either phone/text/e-mail) by scheduling appointments, confirming pending appointments, following up with missed appointments, etc.
  2. Responding to customer inquiries in order to accurately answer all guest's questions
  3. Keeping current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.
  4. Transferring phone calls to Service Advisors
  5. Working flexible hours, including weekends
  6. Being punctual to work and when returning from lunch and break with a full adherence to set schedule.
  7. FOLLOWING THE CLIENT CARE CENTER POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL.
  8. Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.) preferred
  2. Proficient operational software techniques for DMS, Service CRM and any additional dealer-specific software.
  3. A working knowledge of the industry
  4. A helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  5. Highly professional and dependable
  6. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills
  8. Excellent telephone skills
  9. Strong computer and internet skills
