Security Solutions Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Security Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers to identify new business opportunities
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments and solutions
- Create sales materials to present to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to use them effectively
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
