Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at United Clothing Donation Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding our clientele through clothing drive fundraising programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather customer information to determine eligibility via phone or email calls.
  • Daily use of a CRM system to work fund drives and sales partnerships.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding clothing drive fundraisers and partnerships.
  • Coordinate preferred dates and times for follow-up calls.
  • Enter data into the CRM and update customer accounts during calls.
  • Making outbound calls to leads to solicit fundraising and partnerships.
  • Create new leads and accounts in the CRM system.
  • Outbound cold calls to estate sales, partners, and businesses to solicit items for collection.
  • Work with marketing leads requests for information on clothing drive fundraisers (Phill the Box).
  • Collaborate with the Support Center Manager and Sales/Fundraising Senior Director to ensure processes are complete.
  • Develop relationships with clients for continued support of their partnerships and drive opportunities.
Requirements and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales in a call center environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.

Salary:
