Position Overview
As a Retail Mobile Specialist, you will play a vital role in our Retail Team, embodying the T-Mobile brand within partner locations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers actively, fostering excitement around our products and services. You will thrive in a bustling environment, where technology and customer needs are constantly evolving. Your ability to build and nurture relationships through meaningful interactions will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with a diverse range of customers in a dynamic retail setting. Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and highlight the benefits of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Leverage digital self-service tools during customer interactions and onboarding. Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of T-Mobile offerings.
  • Complete comprehensive training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, products, and processes. Stay informed about personal performance, promotions, and updates to ensure readiness to assist customers.
  • Exhibit a customer-centric approach, connecting on a personal level to build trust and loyalty. Actively reach out to potential customers to enhance sales activity.
  • Collaborate with nearby teams to support the customer journey from account setup to device support.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and able to balance customer experience with performance goals (Required)
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and share best practices (Required)
  • Competitive spirit and confidence to excel in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
