Position Overview
The Retail Mobile Specialist plays a crucial role in our Retail Team, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in partner locations. This position is vital for fostering active customer engagement and creating a vibrant atmosphere around our products and services. As a representative of T-Mobile, you will thrive in a bustling environment where technology and customer needs are ever-evolving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with a diverse range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting. Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Leverage digital self-service tools during customer interactions to identify needs and apply solution-based selling techniques, ensuring customers understand the benefits of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Complete comprehensive training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly and engaging interactions, striving to exceed their expectations and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with nearby store teams to enhance the customer experience from account setup to ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and effective at balancing customer experience with performance goals (Required)
  • Desire to work collaboratively within a team to share best practices and provide resolutions (Required)
  • Competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)

Licenses and Certifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
