Position Overview:

Are you enthusiastic about enhancing global mobility and corporate-sponsored immigration frameworks for an International Operations center of excellence (COE) that supports organizational missions in various international settings?

As a Lead Specialist in Global Mobility Programs, you will collaborate with program leadership and core operations to evaluate innovative Global Mobility and Immigration strategies to maintain competitiveness, ensure compliance, and optimize processes at scale while delivering customer-focused experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass U.S. Domestic Relocation, International Assignment Relocation, Assignment Allowances, U.S. and Global Immigration, Tax Equalization, and Secondments. You will take on a leadership role for Global Mobility Specialists, providing consultation and advisory services.

Your expertise in scaling programs within high-growth organizations, utilizing data analytics for informed decision-making, and developing automation for process enhancement will be essential. You will ensure thorough analysis of our policies, creating system repositories to document precedents for exceptions or unique circumstances. Proficiency in organizing policies via SharePoint or similar platforms and managing change communications for policy updates will be crucial. You will offer consultative guidance and solutions to enterprise and client-facing teams, interpreting policies for contract proposals, special scenarios, telework evaluations, and exception requests. Collaboration with Global Mobility Core Operations will be vital for policy-to-process integration and training for Talent Acquisition, HR business partners, and other stakeholders.

As the Immigration Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be the primary contact for employees needing corporate immigration sponsorship. This includes managing relationships with external Immigration Counsel, overseeing statements of work, and ensuring service level agreements are met to provide exceptional experiences for our foreign national workforce requiring company-sponsored U.S. non-immigrant visas, Green Cards, and global work permits.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in corporate Global Mobility and Immigration, including U.S. Domestic Relocation, International Assignments, and U.S. non-immigrant visas.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Knowledge of expatriate compensation structures, cost of living adjustments, tax equalization, and related financial considerations.
  • Experience managing RFPs for vendor selection.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Workday.
  • Understanding of core-flex and points-based systems for relocation and allowance packages.
  • Knowledge of project planning digital platforms.
  • High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in establishing a Center-of-Excellence (COE) with standardized processes and policies.
  • Knowledge of FAR and government cost accounting.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Analytical mindset with a client service orientation.

Compensation Overview
Compensation is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 annually.
