About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Brokerage Sales team in Atlanta. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth by developing strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting cold and warm calls to onboard shippers as clients
  • Coordinating and managing the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery
  • Negotiating rates and contracts with customers to maximize profitability
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to clients
  • Ensuring all operations comply with industry regulations and standards
  • Resolving customer inquiries and addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally
  • Using transportation management systems for data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline transportation processes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brokerage sales, with a proven track record
  • Strong operational knowledge of the trucking and brokerage industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
What We Offer
  • Base salary: $50,000, with additional commission opportunities
  • Uncapped commission potential, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
  • In-person position located in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead area)
