Position: Inside Sales Consultant

Location: Phoenix, AZ

ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions delivers exceptional security and life-safety solutions to a variety of end-users, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, military organizations, and commercial buildings. Our comprehensive support services, such as LEED consultation, code compliance, access control system integration, product research, specification writing, and technical support, ensure the optimal performance of doorway systems in the commercial building sector. This is achieved through the integration of industry-leading door and hardware brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Inside Sales

  • Foster and maintain customer relationships
  • Manage issues including expedites, RGAs, and CCFs
  • Drive revenue by overseeing the Inside Sales Outreach Program for target accounts
  • Facilitate lead sharing
  • Coordinate team efforts to secure brand approvals for project work and manage the Substitution Request process

Sales Operations

  • Update and manage customer data and databases
  • Oversee lead generation processes
  • Utilize Salesforce as a power user
  • Allocate and report on sales revenue
  • Prepare monthly sales reports

Event Management

  • Coordinate internal and external training events
  • Manage Fleet (MIS) events
  • Oversee trade show logistics
  • Organize meetings and events
  • Distribute leads and follow up in collaboration with Outside Sales Teams

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide backup support for the Pricing Administrator role
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM, reporting, and contact management tools
