The Role:
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to support the smooth daily operations of our office and provide secretarial assistance. This role will also involve supporting other team members and ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all external communications and visitors to the office, including reception, guidance, and telephone support, and handling complaints with professionalism
- Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Receive and distribute mail and packages to internal departments
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with internal reporting
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Fluent in German and English
