Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices: Receive and verify invoices and expense reports from vendors and suppliers.
  • Reconcile reports: Reconcile payable reports monthly to ensure all amounts paid are accurate.
  • Resolve discrepancies: Solve payment or invoice discrepancies and documentation.
  • Maintain relationships: Establish good business relationships with suppliers and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
  • Analyze expenses: Analyze general expenses and identify cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support budgets: Support the forecast and budget process with respect to general expenses.
  • Maintain controls: Maintain internal control documentation and policy compliance.
  • Liaise: Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders on cost control problems and contract infractions.
  • Review procedures: Review applicable procedures and suggest enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable analyst role.
  • Proficient in basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, highly proactive with strong ability to work with minimal guidance and direction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
Salary & Benefits:

The base salary for this full-time position is $60,000 to $65,000. Your base salary and title will be determined based on the location, experience, qualification, skills, knowledge, level, and pay of employees in similar positions.
