A Day in the Life

As our Technology Application Manager, you will report to the Director of IT, Compliance, and be responsible for maintaining the lifecycle of software applications from an internal policy and regulatory compliance perspective. You will work with business and IT application owners to onboard applications into the MMA environment and perform ongoing inventory maintenance to ensure that applications remain compliant with internal policies and evolving regulatory directives. You will drive MMA's effort to ensure our applications and data remain secure. As a Technology Application Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the required application portfolio documentation and artifacts as well as perform regular health checks of the application inventory. Note that this is not a software development position.

Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in IT and/or the insurance industry, with a strong background in projects for IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency. You should have strong communication skills and be able to work closely with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,000.00-$99,600.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
