Job Summary:

Cabinets To Go is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company's technology software providers, manage assigned IT projects, and ensure the budget, schedule, and scope of the project. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of project management principles and planning, as well as excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's technology software providers, including NetSuite, O365, Adobe, Teams, Oracle, and Vonage.
  • Manage and support the implementation of new software and hardware, including enhancements to current programs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and research, evaluate, and recommend IT solutions to include costs/benefit analysis, user requirements, software updates, etc.
  • Train team members on technology innovations.
  • Purchase hardware for all locations.
  • Manage all remote locations technology needs.
  • Ensure the security of all data.
  • Provide technology support for all team members as needed.
  • Communication and collaboration with between all departments.
  • Implement processes to identify and mitigate information risks within the company.
  • Manage technology team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a technology management position.
  • Experience in Retail and Warehouse Management a plus but not required.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
  • Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
  • Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
  • Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

  • The ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • The ability to sit for prolonged periods of time working at a desk on a computer.
  • The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • The ability to communicate, converse with and express information in person, by phone and through other technology.
  • The ability to travel by car or place up to 20% of the time.
  • The ability to operate a vehicle.
  • The ability to maintain a regular and punctual schedule.
