Key Responsibilities

As our Application Management Advisor, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our Energy Solutions applications portfolio and creating application roadmaps. You will report to the Application Management Director to assist with managing the end-to-end lifecycle of applications, including planning, development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.

Key Activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for application processes, procedures, and configurations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application management and incorporate them into our organization's practices
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for all applications
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related technical field, and at least seven years of experience in application management in a professional setting. In lieu of a four-year degree, you should bring a total of nine years of experience in which you have gained an understanding of application lifecycle management.

Proven experience with Maximo and/or Procore applications is required, as well as expert knowledge of application monitoring and management software.

Additional Details
  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, with in-office work three days a week
  • Must be available to travel domestically 30% to 50% of the time, with some overnight trips
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $172,500 USD annually, representing the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus/incentive plan.
