Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist 2 to join our team at Union Bank & Trust. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user software support via phone, email, and onsite visits
  • Oversee the daily performance of banking software applications and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation and support of new systems
  • Manage support ticket requests and escalate issues to vendors as needed
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of banking software applications and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Loan Origination/Operations/Servicing/Training
  • nCino Commercial Loan Origination System Administrator Certification within 18 months of start date
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and financial system software
  • Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts
  • Hands-on vendor management experience
