Job Summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience at our Courtyard hotel in Charlotte, NC.


Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests, issuing room keys and providing directions as needed.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, registration, and local information.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, computing bills and collecting payments.
  • Reservation Management: Make, confirm, and cancel reservations in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service industry is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
