Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Prepare and distribute various documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
- Deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma/GED is required, while an associate's degree or administrative training is preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a financial service or similar office setting is essential.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines, is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively are crucial.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary range for this role is $45,000-$55,000, contingent upon experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including 15% SEP/IRAs, paid holidays and vacation time, and a credit towards employee health insurance.
