Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, CA. This role will support the facility management Executive team and be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and general support duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the purchasing activities of the Facilities Department
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate operations for Sharp Grossmont Hospital
- Assist with expense reports and travel arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service and phone presence
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle financial reports and purchase order systems
- Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
- Detailed oriented and flexible
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously and multi-task
