**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Executive Assistant to support our CEO in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management and coordination of meetings and events
  • Booking travel arrangements and making reservations as needed
  • Assisting with personal tasks and projects, including errands and research
  • Checking and responding to emails, prioritizing messages, and managing correspondence
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all documents and materials are up-to-date and easily accessible

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of consecutive work experience supporting a high-level business person
  • PA Diploma and/or degree (preferable)
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion

Benefits:
