Daily Responsibilities:

  • Service Management: Oversee warranty repairs, new equipment installations, and piping projects.
  • Project Oversight: Schedule and staff projects, collaborate with project managers on scheduling and scope requirements, approve and submit worked hours for payroll, and submit invoices to accounting for fieldwork, distinguishing between billable and warranty items.
  • Operational Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of departmental operating procedures and specific job task protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality and continuous improvement within the scope of your responsibilities.
  • Warranty Management: Work with project managers and service technicians to schedule and resolve warranty issues.
  • Start-up Coordination: Assist in planning start-up activities, ensuring effective collaboration among all relevant personnel.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Welding Knowledge: Familiarity with ASME code and welding processes (FCAW, GMAW, GTAW) is advantageous.
  • Blueprint Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Training Commitment: Willingness to participate in assigned training programs.
  • Mathematical Proficiency: Strong mathematical skills are essential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Location Requirement: Must reside in Oklahoma. This role is fully on-site or in the field.
  • Experience: At least five years in roles related to field service installation.
  • Management and Customer Service Expertise: Strong background in managing field service operations and customer service.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
