Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital partners, ensuring compliance with contractual responsibilities and exceeding expectations.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of our dialysis services, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with public health and safety standards.
- Patient Care: Monitor patient clinical outcomes, utilizing DaVita's quality metrics in coordination with doctors, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Teamwork: Develop, mentor, and inspire a cohesive team of clinicians, ensuring optimal results and a positive work environment.
- Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.).
- Licensure: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, develop effective relationships, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
