Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview

  • Interact with both external and internal clients to deliver an outstanding experience as a Customer Service Specialist (CSS)
  • Tasks include order management, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales department
  • Serve as the main contact for customer questions

Reporting Line

This remote role reports directly to the Customer Service Business Support Manager.

Work Hours

Flexible schedule available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain expertise in all operational systems
  • Stay informed about new product offerings and procedural updates
  • Document and manage customer account details

Education & Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college experience or a two-year degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
