Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Respond to technical support inquiries, resolve routine issues, and refer complex inquiries to senior technicians.
- Customer Satisfaction: Advise Account Management on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Desk-Side Assistance: Provide technical support to resolve technology issues via tickets.
- Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and replace hardware, including end-user devices, and conference room equipment.
- Imaging and Deployment: Image new and existing equipment to support employee onboarding.
- Incident Management: Prioritize and escalate support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.
- Knowledge Base: Create knowledge base articles in the system, as applicable.
- Availability: Provide standard support coverage Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern U.S. Time, excluding approved leave.
- Process Adherence: Adhere to Managed IT Project, MAC, and Change Management processes.
- After-Hours Support: Provide after-hours onsite support via advance notice, adhering to the client's standard process and availability.
