Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and dedicated support to our Residential clientele, while also addressing the operational needs of the Metronet retail environment. Our Customer Care Specialists serve as the primary point of contact for our residential customers and prospective clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exhibit a strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, particularly regarding Metronet products and services. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of sales products, including competitive insights.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service during all interactions. Assess customers' potential needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Employ retention strategies to proactively prevent existing customers from discontinuing their service.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets within a culture of accountability.
  • Oversee store inventory, manage equipment transactions, and handle significant payment activities, all while prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to showcase Customer Service, Initiative, and Problem-Solving skills.
