Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

Uniti is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating new relationships with SMB and Enterprise customers across multiple verticals, developing and closing new revenue opportunities on behalf of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in assigned territories, developing and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their telecommunications and data infrastructure needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments, identify suitable solutions, and develop, present, and follow up on written proposals to customers.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activity and opportunities, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Company personnel and contractors during the design, construction, installation, and service activation process.
  • Process contracts and sales orders for new or upgraded services, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Perform ad hoc projects and financial analysis to support key business decisions and projects, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, as necessary, and travel up to 20% of the time.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of successful sales experience, business development, and territory management in a telecom, data communications, or ISP environment, including cold calling and prospecting.
  • Working knowledge of data and telecommunication industry and terminology, with a proven track record of success in selling internet, VoIP, and managed services.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong customer orientation and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience with Salesforce, CRM software platforms a plus.
  • A self-starter driven to achieve revenue targets, with a positive and results-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
  • Highly proactive and responsible, with a strong business ethics and integrity.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work multiple tasks in a stressful environment while maintaining a positive and pleasant manner with others.
  • Ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, as necessary.
