Enterprise Relationship Manager

We are a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) software and services, empowering middle market employers to attract and retain top talent. As our Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to provide exceptional client service.
- Anticipate and address client needs, recommending new product and service enhancements.
- Respond to client communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular client visits and provide regular reporting and updates to ensure client satisfaction.
- Partner with the Engagement and Retention Manager to build relationships with C-Suite executives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of service experience.
- 1-2 years of leadership or project management experience.
- Strong business acumen and consultation skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
