Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support for our managers and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of Technical Reports related to CME's Testing & Inspection Field Services, including tracking, formatting, and updating corrections.
  • Scan, upload, and save plans, specifications, and drawings by client and project, and input technical data into E-Reporting System.
  • Create and maintain new project checklists, technical project folders, and reference guides with appropriate documentation.
  • Cross-train and learn other administrative functions within Testing & Inspection Group.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma; Associate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience performing administrative responsibilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
