Nextiva is currently seeking a Partner Sales Executive to enhance our organization. In this role, you will cultivate, maintain, and expand relationships with our channel partners. You will be responsible for meeting sales goals in the hosted communications and collaboration sector, representing our comprehensive range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
  • Nurture channel partners to drive mutual success.
  • Lead a collaborative partner planning process to establish performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Continuously assess and validate partner needs.
  • Facilitate sales through partner organizations in conjunction with partner sales teams.
  • Manage potential channel conflicts through effective communication and adherence to engagement rules.
  • Guide solution development efforts to meet end-user requirements, coordinating necessary personnel.
  • Promote the adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

Performance Metrics:

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas within designated partner accounts.
  • Complete partner account plans that align with company standards.
  • Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings.
  • Fulfill training and development objectives within the specified timeframe.
  • Ensure consistent month-over-month growth in partner recurring revenue.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in channel partner recruitment and management within the telecommunications sector.
  • A robust network of channel partners in the assigned territory.
  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding new channel partners.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and performance objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of the telecommunications industry and VoIP technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others to achieve desired sales outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
