Great Day Improvements, LLC, a prominent player in the home improvement sector, is seeking a Managing Senior Partner (M.S.P) to spearhead the sales division and expand the market presence in Seattle.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Managing Senior Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales personnel within your designated area, utilizing our established sales methodologies.
- Conducting weekly sales meetings and adopting a hands-on approach as a player-coach.
- Collaborating closely with the installation and service teams to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Reporting directly to the Regional Executive Partner and engaging with the company's leadership team.
- Over 10 years of professional experience with progressive responsibilities.
- A minimum of 5 years in leadership positions with direct reports.
- A strong passion for nurturing talent and helping individuals reach their full potential.
- A history of high performance in previous roles.
- Demonstrated leadership excellence.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- A vibrant and positive demeanor.
- A proven track record of surpassing objectives.
- A strong desire to learn and be coached, with comfort in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Ability to deliver exceptional results with minimal oversight.
- Capacity to connect with younger generations, including millennials and GenZ.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
