Key Responsibilities Include:

Oversee all store operations and team members while acting as Manager on Duty Enhance sales performance through training, development, and coaching of team members Ensure safety for both customers and team members by following company protocols Promote a diverse culture centered on teamwork and collaboration Address issues and concerns, making informed decisions while supervising front-end operations to guarantee exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service Uphold our company’s Asset Protection strategies to minimize loss Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members Participate in weekly planning meetings for workload management Encourage community engagement through company initiatives and partnerships Organize meal and break schedules while monitoring adherence to schedules

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty retail environment Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging demeanor Availability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary Capability to lift and handle merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, along with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
