Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized, and that all necessary supplies are available.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist with room assignments, key card programming, and other front desk duties as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and front desk activity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
