About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc. in Miami, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line, direct contact with customers via phone, resolving claims and answering routine questions.
  • Inform customers of our products and services, and provide guidance on how to use them.
  • Filing claims by collecting pertinent information from customers, and processing and determining coverage by reviewing forms and other applicable records.
  • Answering routine questions and resolving basic problems, and referring more difficult items to higher-level team members for guidance.
  • Maintaining professionalism and effectively interacting with all contacts, and maintaining department quality standards and performing job duties as directed by supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft-based programs and computer products, with the ability to navigate and use computer-based systems.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
