Key Responsibilities:

  • Quarterly Reporting: Prepare the Summary Fund Report (SFR) and Quarterly Investor Report (QFR).
  • Performance Updates: Refresh fund performance metrics (SFR + QFR) and investor communications (QFR only).
  • Data Collection: Engage with the investment team to gather portfolio company insights and compile quarterly updates and financial statistics (QFR only).
  • Review Coordination: Facilitate the review process with fund administration and governance for SFR and QFR.
  • Report Distribution: Oversee the dissemination of reports in collaboration with internal and outsourced investor services teams (SFR + QFR).
  • Investor Calls: Organize the scheduling of quarterly investor calls.
  • Call Coordination: Manage the distribution of call details with internal and outsourced investor services teams.
  • Talking Points: Develop key discussion points for investor update calls.

Fundraising and Marketing Activities:

  • Pitchbook Development: Revise the presentation deck for quarterly performance updates and other relevant information.
  • Content Creation: Make necessary formatting adjustments and generate new content as required.
  • Offering Memorandum Updates: Revise Offering Memorandum supplements to reflect the latest performance and new investments.
  • Legal Review Coordination: Arrange for internal legal and external counsel reviews and incorporate feedback.
  • Investor Due Diligence: Assist in fulfilling prospective investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and other inquiries.
  • Performance Updates: Refresh PC&E-specific DDQs with the latest performance data and updates.

Annual Meeting and Advisory Committee Coordination:

  • Invite Management: Assist in generating invite lists and liaising with the events team for distribution (Annual Meeting only).
  • Calendar Coordination: Send calendar invitations to Advisory Committee members for bi-annual meetings.
  • Meeting Materials Collection: Gather and consolidate materials from the broader PC&E team.
  • Logistics Management: Collaborate with the events team to arrange meeting locations and logistics (Annual Meeting only).
  • Onsite Coordination: Organize onsite logistics for bi-annual Advisory Committee meetings.

Essential Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; eager to learn, capable of multitasking, and effective time management.
