In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and executing marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our cutting-edge Real World Evidence solutions while driving business expansion. By collaborating with various departments, including sales and product innovation, you will spearhead influential marketing campaigns and projects. This position presents a fulfilling opportunity to significantly contribute to Luminary Group's achievements and make a substantial difference in the healthcare industry.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement detailed marketing plans to highlight Luminary Group's Real World Evidence solutions and increase client acquisition and loyalty.
  • Design and execute focused marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, such as digital outreach, email communications, social media, events, and content creation.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department to develop sales support materials, including presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
  • Evaluate market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to uncover growth prospects and differentiate Luminary Group.
  • Effectively manage the marketing budget and allocate resources judiciously.
  • Assess and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using relevant analytical tools to derive actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in healthcare marketing to foster innovation and creativity.
  • Guide and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing direction and support for successful project execution.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Exhibit substantial experience as a Marketing Manager within the healthcare or life sciences field.
  • Demonstrate a track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that stimulate business growth.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of healthcare marketing and Real World Evidence concepts and solutions.
  • Show proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
  • Display strong analytical capabilities and the ability to utilize data for informed marketing decisions.
