Position SummaryPontera is on the lookout for a Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead and implement field marketing initiatives aimed at increasing product utilization among our partner financial advisory firms.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong history of executing impactful marketing strategies through the cultivation of partner relationships and the effective use of various digital and event marketing channels.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic fintech organization and develop innovative marketing programs that directly influence business outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our business development, content, communications, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee enterprise partner launch initiatives from inception to completion, establishing clear objectives, SMART goals, strategies, and timelines for introducing Pontera to newly onboarded wealth management firms.
- Engage regularly with partners to foster support for collaborative marketing efforts. Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, including Marketing, PR/Communications, and Relationship Managers.
- Contribute to the development of Pontera's Advisor Ambassador program by establishing connections with our advisor partners and co-hosting webinars to share best practices and enhance adoption.
- Utilize data analytics to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities, assess campaign effectiveness, and drive towards the business objectives of advisor and end-client engagement.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to enhance Pontera platform engagement among existing partners. Collaborate with specialized marketers to leverage email, SMS, advertisements, newsletters, event marketing, and more to maintain Pontera's visibility.
- Experiment with marketing automation tools to develop scalable programs applicable across partner firms.
- Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives, including business development, content, lifecycle marketing, design, communications, and RevOps.
- Organize and co-create marketing materials, including sales presentations, webinars, case studies, and whitepapers to support partner marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to gauge the success of webinars and partner marketing efforts. Demonstrate measurable outcomes in terms of insights and KPIs (demos, registrations, activations, gross accounts).
- Stay informed about the wealth management sector and best practices in partner marketing. Collaborate with your manager to continuously enhance your management skills as the team evolves.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in channel or field marketing within the financial services sector, with a focus on wealth management being a significant advantage.
- Strong comprehension of financial advisory firms and their marketing requirements, with the capability to devise strategies that resonate with target demographics.
- Analytical mindset towards tracking partnership marketing initiatives, creating efficient and scalable programs, and driving measurable ROI.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in crafting compelling marketing copy.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
- Compensation: $130,000 to $140,000 annually
